Fingerprint issue

Is there anyone who can help me to fix my phone's (Galaxy A32) fingerprint. 

I suddenly stopped working and when go to the settings of fingerprint in the phone it says " fingerprint sensor is not working, if it keeps happening restart ur phone". I did restart my phone many times and tried everything even i did reset my phone but still the is not resolved. 

What can i do to fix my phone's fingerprint? 

Kindly somebody guide me.

Bhai agar aapka phone gira hai ya kisi cheez k saath zor se laga hai to phone ka fingerprint under se damage ho gaya hai qk mai aik electric ki shop pr kaam karta hu mera kaam phone repairing ka hai ro mujhe pata hai yahi prob hogi

Na hi kahee gira hai aur na hi koi cheez lagi h
Pocket main daalny sy pehly si chl rha tha Pocket sy bahir nikala to fingerprint chalna band ho gya.

Ok to aap kisi mobile repair ki shop se jaa kr sensor under se check karwao ya new lagwa kr check kro

Aur takreeban 4 5 months ho gaye hain abhi tak yehi issue aarhy

Isi duran 2 3 dafa software update bhi aagya hai lekin software update karny sy bhi yeh issue solve ni huwa
